As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing complex vehicle accidents, reconstructing crash scenes, and providing expert testimony in litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconstruct vehicular accidents using advanced engineering analysis, computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools, and test data.
  • Provide collision scene evidence analysis and forensic mapping of collision sites and vehicles.
  • Inspect and analyze automotive and mechanical parts to determine the cause of failure.
  • Analyze product liability, design, and safety.
  • Prepare and present demonstrative diagrams, charts, and analyses of the cause and origin of various collisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in vehicle accident reconstruction.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent judgment and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide expert witness testimony.
  • Sharp, focused, and alert when conducting site/vehicle inspections.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to accident scenes, client offices, and other locations. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are necessary for this role.
