Responsibilities



  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at our travel centers.
  • Welcome and serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently, with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be knowledgeable of menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs, ensuring seamless service.
  • Maintain equipment per operating standards, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food, prioritizing the well-being of guests and colleagues.
  • Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our travel centers.

Requirements



  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred, with previous food service experience a plus.
  • Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
