Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Parts Coordinator is tasked with:

  • Receiving and managing incoming materials and spare parts.
  • Utilizing the M3 and E-Maint systems for effective stock handling and cataloging of parts.
  • Overseeing inventory levels and conducting monthly cycle counts to ensure stock availability.
  • Updating work orders with accurate parts information to streamline departmental processes.
  • Generating reports and performing administrative tasks to assist management and data analysis.
  • Creating purchase orders and standard operating procedures to support maintenance functions.
  • Maintaining an organized and precise parts recordkeeping system in line with corporate policies.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming shipments while managing parts inventory efficiently.
  • Completing necessary paperwork accurately and expediently according to established guidelines.
  • Participating in inventory management and organizing the parts storage area.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance checks on motors and hoists.
  • Serving as a backup for data analysis tasks as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technical environment with a focus on operational processes.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
