Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Support Technician to join our team at Integral Blue. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with inventory management, shipping and receiving, asset management, and other functions to ensure optimized inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock on hand, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, inspecting inventory items for quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels, including wiring and termination equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Use inventory software to input data and generate reports, including stock and par level reports.
  • Support inventory audits and identify discrepancies, damages, or obsolete materials.
  • Provide support to the Fleet & Equipment Coordinator, including transport of IB fleet vehicles for service and documentation.
  • Assist with building cabinets, including installation of electronic equipment, wiring, and labeling.
  • Support asset management and inventory control for IB projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with other departments and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating a high-lo.
  • Prior working experience managing inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and shipping and receiving.
  • Prior working experience utilizing inventory management/tracking software and tools.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Inventory Optimization Professional (CIOP).

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
