About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Miller Companies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform General Office Duties: Answer phones, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries.
  2. Manage Documentation: Ensure accurate filing and record keeping.
  3. Provide Customer Service: Greet and assist clients and visitors, provide information, and address concerns in a professional manner.
  4. Coordinate Office Activities: Order and maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  5. Enter Data: Input and update information into databases and systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
