Senior Manufacturing Engineer

At Parker Hannifin Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on composite materials and aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials, including layup, molding, machining, and inspection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop production tooling and fixtures.
- Create production planning and control documents, including item masters, bill of materials, and routers.
- Provide technical guidance to lower-level manufacturing engineers and production personnel.
- Research and select equipment, vendors, and consultants to support manufacturing operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with a minimum of 7 years in composite materials and aerospace applications.
- Excellent knowledge of AS9100 quality management system and GD&T via ASME Y.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with internal and external customers.
- Experience with continuous fiber and high-temperature thermoset resin systems.
- Experience with NADCAP quality management system requirements for composite molding and bonding.
- Computer-aided design (CAD) software skills, including SolidWorks, NX, and CATIA.
- Experience with Minitab, Made to Manage, and ply nesting software.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
