Job Title: Mixer I

Litehouse Foods is seeking a skilled Mixer I to join our team. As a Mixer I, you will play a critical role in the production of our high-quality products.

Job Summary:

The Mixer I is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient production of our products. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment, including loading ingredients, monitoring production, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient production of products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in quality control and food safety initiatives, reporting any concerns or issues to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and participating in training and development programs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent overtime and weekend shifts.
