Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant Part Time Days

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing staff in our telemetry unit.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, and maintain a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the RN, any treatment results, observations, patient complaints, and other pertinent information regarding the condition of the patient.
  • Demonstrate competence in providing patient care in accordance with established policy and procedure of the hospital.
  • Apply knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.
  • Perform and report patient care data accurately and according to policy and procedure of the hospital.
  • Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient care.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy, clean, and safe environment for the patient and staff.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
