Certified Nursing Assistant M3 Part Time Days

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, and maintain a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with the RN, any treatment results, observations, patient complaints, and other pertinent information regarding the condition of the patient.
- Demonstrate competence in providing patient care in accordance with established policy and procedure of MHMC.
- Apply knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.
- Perform and report patient care data accurately and according to policy and procedure of MHMC.
- Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient care.
- Assist in maintaining a healthy, clean, and safe environment for the patient and staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in the workload or patient assignments.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform in an accurate and precise manner in crisis and emergency situations when time is essential.
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification
- Current CPR Certification
