Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Precision Programmer Specialist, you will be responsible for translating design specifications into precise CNC machine instructions by creating programs that guide CNC machines to cut and shape raw materials into finished parts systems.

  • Program Development: Develop CNC programs using specialized CAD/CAM software, defining tool paths, cutting speeds, feed rates, and machining sequences to produce the desired part.
  • Machining Operations: Set up CNC machines by installing tools, adjusting offsets, and verifying machine parameters according to the program.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine operations during production runs, inspecting parts for accuracy and quality, and making adjustments as needed.
