Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Engineering Technician to join our team at Polamer Precision, Inc. This individual will be responsible for optimizing and documenting manufacturing processes, evaluating quality and safety, and collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize and document manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Evaluate new and existing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements
  • Create detailed manufacturing instructions and travelers for complex parts and processes
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in engineering source approval and other relevant areas
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with latest technologies and equipment used in manufacturing processes

$130,000 - $160,000 per year

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on safety and quality
  • Alternate between standing and sitting throughout the day
  • Perform repetitive movements daily and move objects up to 40 lbs
