Job Summary:The Associate Audits Resolution Analyst will work independently and perform complex analytical activities, exercising a high degree of initiative in performing complex employer adjustment tasks and audit reports, while analyzing, interpreting, and applying appropriate laws, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret retirement laws, rules, and policies
- Perform complex analytical activities and apply laws, policies, and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure accurate reporting of compensation for members and provide education to employers
- Collaborate with CalSTRS Audit Services, Crowe LLC, and employers to ensure compliance with the Teachers Retirement Law
- Apply knowledge of laws, policies, and procedures to secure accurate reporting of compensation for members
- Ability to interpret retirement laws, rules, and policies
- Dedicated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
