Job Summary:

The Associate Audits Resolution Analyst will work independently and perform complex analytical activities, exercising a high degree of initiative in performing complex employer adjustment tasks and audit reports, while analyzing, interpreting, and applying appropriate laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret retirement laws, rules, and policies
  • Perform complex analytical activities and apply laws, policies, and procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure accurate reporting of compensation for members and provide education to employers
  • Collaborate with CalSTRS Audit Services, Crowe LLC, and employers to ensure compliance with the Teachers Retirement Law
  • Apply knowledge of laws, policies, and procedures to secure accurate reporting of compensation for members
Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret retirement laws, rules, and policies
  • Dedicated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
  • Experience in working with computer applications, such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
