Job Summary:

As a Clinical Psychologist on our Child Team, you will play a vital role in providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including test administration and interpretation, to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including individual, family, and group therapy, to promote positive mental health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Requirements:
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • California Psychologist License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
  • Knowledge of psychological testing techniques, administration, and interpretation.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
