Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and recommendations, to diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for members, including outpatient psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with physicians, other mental health professionals, and community agencies to provide comprehensive care and support to members.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of member interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.
- Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment, including evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Education: PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- License: Current valid license to practice psychology in the State of California or valid license to practice in a state in the United States and able to practice under Business and Professional Code Section 2946.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and professionals.
- Previous Clinical Experience: Previous experience in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, and psychological evaluations.
- Specialized Training: Training in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in supervising or mentoring mental health professionals or students.
