About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to join our Incubation Lab team at Eli Lilly. As a key member of our design and technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of human-centered healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the user experience and visual design for digital products, ensuring seamless integration of form and function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Elevate and maintain our design standards through direct contribution across a wide range of design outputs and mediums.
  • Present and persuasively communicate design rationale across stakeholder groups at various levels.
  • Bring an attention to detail and a passion for all aspects of design and visual storytelling.
  • Understand component-based design systems and have the ability to determine when to adhere to existing patterns and styles and when break constraints.
  • Embrace a learning and growth mindset that contributes positively to a culture of critique, collaboration, and honest reflection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, such as Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Designer, Human Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, specifically for digital mediums.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
