As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with clients at their residences, assess their preferences, showcase product samples, and create tailored solutions for their bath renovation projects. All appointments are provided, pre-scheduled, and confirmed, allowing you to concentrate solely on closing sales without the need for cold calling or prospecting.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels. Our most successful consultants often have limited experience but possess a strong eagerness to learn. While some general sales experience can be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We offer an award-winning training program designed to guide you through the sales process comprehensively.
What We Offer:
- Prequalified leads - we supply all leads, allowing you to focus on closing.
- Short sales cycle - appointments typically last about one hour, including paperwork.
- Financial Opportunity - potential earnings of $75,000 to $150,000 in your first year.
- Weekly Compensation - our team receives a base salary plus commission.
