This program is designed for seniors aged 55 and older who require nursing home-level care while allowing them to remain in their homes as long as possible.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health Supervisor to play a pivotal role in overseeing Personal Assistance Service Attendants in the field. This position involves both direct and indirect supervision, ensuring that the PAS Service Plan is effectively implemented and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Personal Assistance Service Attendants in their daily tasks.
- Implement and monitor the PAS Service Plan to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current state registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Preferred experience in Home Health Services or supervisory roles.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care environment.
- Valid Tuberculosis test or current Chest X-Ray.
- Current CPR certification.
