District Support Pharmacist PT

• Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to patient and customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Personnel Management: Supervise and develop the skills of pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of the pharmacy.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medications and supplies, and minimizing waste and excess.
• Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy, optimizing revenue streams and controlling costs.
• Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the security of medications, patient information, and pharmacy assets.
• Workflow Management: Streamline pharmacy operations, optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Active Pharmacy License: Possess an active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
• Immunization Certification: Hold current immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Background Check: Pass a background check, including a review of any pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
