Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff by adhering to regulatory requirements and implementing quality assurance measures.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
  • Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy operations, leadership, and customer service
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
