The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for upholding the integrity of the building and surrounding grounds by managing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and performing various repair tasks.

  • Prepare rooms for presentations with necessary audio/visual equipment.
  • Complete repairs and install replacement parts as required.
  • Ensure equipment is operational and ready for use.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records.
  • Report necessary changes and identify hazardous conditions.
  • Perform minor preventative maintenance and report additional repair needs.
  • Utilize the work order management system for task tracking.
  • Manage landscaping tasks, including lawn mowing.
