As a Branch Manager at Banner Bank, you will oversee the seamless daily functioning of a branch, focusing on sales, operations, consumer and small business lending, and maintaining high standards of client service, security, and safety in alignment with the Bank's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, training, and oversight to branch personnel, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Achieve established branch and bank objectives through active engagement in sales management programs.
  • Engage in community initiatives to boost the Bank's presence and foster new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with the sales team to enhance business development efforts.
  • Perform outreach to clients and prospects to understand their financial needs better.
  • Oversee the sales of various banking products, including consumer and business credit cards, and manage existing merchant services.
  • Drive branch performance during sales campaigns and execute promotions to stimulate account growth.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
  • NMLS registration is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in bank branch leadership and operations.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role leading teams or projects.

Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with effective communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations at both state and federal levels.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 20% travel may be necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Targeted starting salary range based on experience: $73,041 - $109,562.
  • Incentive potential available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and 11 company holidays.
  • 401k plan with up to 4% matching.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually.
