Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Cook to join our team at ASM Global. As a Concession Cook, you will be responsible for delivering and preparing high-quality food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cook and package batches of food, including burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and prepared BBQ meats, to meet customer demand.
  • Deliver high-quality products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as deep-fat fryers, to prepare food products.
  • Follow all rules and regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Clean, stock, and inventory workstations, checking inventory in and out, and being accountable for all inventories.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
  • Knowledge of sanitary practices and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment required.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods required.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift, carry, and move objects up to 45 pounds. The Concession Cook will be required to stand for long periods and to work in a variety of weather conditions.
