About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CRSI as a Care Coordinator/Service and Support Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing supervision and support to direct care and other support staff in our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to direct care and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Program Development: Stay up-to-date with new developments in programming, active treatment, and other related areas to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations, prepare reports, and notify relevant parties as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with nursing staff, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure the health and well-being of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Developmental Disabilities, Nursing, or a related Human Services field, with a minimum of 1-5 years' experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong technology skills and computer literacy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
