Culinary Specialist

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and guests, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and preparing high-quality food and presentations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present high-quality food, adhering to recipe and portion compliance standards.
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures, ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Manage inventory, including proper storage, rotation, and labeling, to minimize waste and optimize budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
