- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present high-quality food, adhering to recipe and portion compliance standards.
- Monitor and maintain food temperatures, ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements.
- Manage inventory, including proper storage, rotation, and labeling, to minimize waste and optimize budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of relevant experience preferred.
