About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures and breakdowns on a variety of equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Disassemble and reassemble machinery, replacing or repairing parts or components
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance
  • Troubleshooting experience
