Job Summary:

Staff Works is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating lift trucks to distribute, move, stock, ship, and receive a variety of parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate lift trucks to move materials and equipment within the warehouse
  • Distribute and stock parts and equipment in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on lift trucks and equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
