Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Pulice Construction, Inc.;ScanScape. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading project meetings, reviewing technical specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project meetings to collect and disseminate information, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Review and resolve technical specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between the company, owner, and external suppliers.
- Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time results, following up with suppliers to ensure timely responses.
- Create bills of materials, referencing project drawings and specifications.
- Review quotations, utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information from quality, manufacturing, engineering, and design.
- Determine potential conflicts and delays in the construction process, analyzing the process to identify likelihood of detection and resulting effect, and suggesting preventative steps for correction.
- Ensure project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing process.
- Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in heavy civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer License preferred.
- Experience in cost estimating and scheduling.
- Local knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge with Primavera P6 Scheduling Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, goal-oriented, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
