Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property / Groundskeeper Manager to join our team at The Meadows LLC. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our 120-acre property, including the cultivation and care of grounds and facilities. This will involve assisting in the scheduling of daily, monthly, and yearly operations, as well as maintaining supplies and materials. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for property maintenance, vehicle maintenance, employee training and supervision, and the development and expansion of our flower farm.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

• Outdoor property care experience and/or landscape installation experience

• Capable of operating equipment and tools in a safe environment
