Job Description
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain and/or expand sales and promote Estes transportation services within an assigned territory. This involves providing reports on sales activities, utilizing CRM tools to build customer relationships, and interfacing with customers to understand their objectives and requirements. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in sales, preferably in LTL/transportation sales, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple accounts and priorities, work independently or in a team setting, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Interface with customers to understand their objectives and requirements.
  • Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
