Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure maximum team efficiency and meet production requirements.
  • Supervise and train maintenance personnel to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on a daily basis.
  • Order supplies and spare parts, and maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors on projects, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or five years of related leadership experience and/or training.
  • Broad background in all areas of maintenance, including industrial, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Five years of related experience working in a machinery industry.
  • Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred.

  • Competitive salary range of $71,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.
