Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a variety of beverages to patrons at the bar and during events.
  • Engage with guests, take drink orders, and ensure timely service.
  • Evaluate guest preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Combine ingredients to create signature cocktails.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Maintain and replenish bar supplies and inventory.
  • Focus on guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all relevant food and beverage regulations.
  • Keep the bar and seating areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and tidy bar environment.
  • Relevant certification in bartending is preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly wage (New York only) is $10.65 per hour plus tips. If the combined total of your wage and tips does not meet the minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted accordingly.
