We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a per diem nurse, you will work on a variable shift schedule, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department setting.
