We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a per diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care on a variable shift schedule.
About the RoleAs an RN in our Emergency Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
