Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our consumer and small business client base
  • Create and execute plans to develop branch staff, including coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback
  • Meet production goals through effective coaching and motivation of staff
  • Proactively seek new business relationships and partnerships
  • Optimize operational effectiveness and profitability to enhance shareholder value
  • Communicate clearly with staff and clients through various channels
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Participate in skill advancement and adhere to bank policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a financial institution
  • Strong math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI, and Outlook
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory transportation, and adequate insurance coverage
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Candidates must meet all requirements of the NMLS Registry
