Job Overview

Position: Metal Fabrication Specialist

Location: Whitestown, IN

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE

Qualifications for Metal Fabrication Specialist

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a related field is preferred
  • Eagerness to learn and participate in training
  • Some background in construction is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of tools and their usage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Fundamental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Capability to read and interpret basic measurements and utilize a tape measure
  • Consistent attendance and a positive demeanor
  • Commitment to safety practices
  • Basic proficiency in English (bilingual skills are a plus)

Responsibilities of the Metal Fabrication Specialist

  • Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Cut, bend, position, and fabricate metal sheets and rolls
  • Prepare and finish concrete in molds
  • Disassemble molds and extract cured products
  • Engage in mold/form construction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Assist with product handling and loading onto trucks
  • Complete daily tasks as scheduled during regular working hours
