Job Overview

Old South Carriage Company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring seamless tour operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to guests, showcasing our southern hospitality
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
  • Coordinate and dispatch horse-drawn carriage tours, ensuring timely departures
  • Collaborate with sales, tour guides, and barn crew to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment, promoting respect and excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented environment
  • Ability to exercise logistical skills and good judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong team player skills
  • Comfortable working with animals, including large draft horses
  • Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pre-employment drug screen and open availability with schedules posted two weeks in advance
