Job Title: Head of Cybersecurity

Lucid Motors is seeking a seasoned security executive to lead the development and implementation of a world-class security program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect Lucid Motors' assets and data
  • Lead the security team in identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the product development lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and advise the leadership team on security-related matters

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on risk management and compliance
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful security programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • CISSP certification a plus
