Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.

Assist parents and patients in understanding our processes prior to treatment.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide postoperative care instructions.

Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.

Perform x-rays and ensure they are accurately recorded in patient charts.

Capture quality orthodontic facial photographs.

Ensure operational readiness by preparing tray setups for dental procedures.

Mix dental materials and prepare impression substances.

Maintain cleanliness by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting equipment.

Assist dental professionals during treatments.

Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures accurately.

Prepare and polish impression casts.

Fabricate custom impression trays.

Adhere to all regulations, company standards, and compliance programs with integrity.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Certification as an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant (dependent on state regulations).

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthodontic Assisting.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.

Passion for working with children.

Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent service to patients, parents, and colleagues.

Dependable and reliable in attendance.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
