KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will create an engaging and enjoyable experience for all customers while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

Key duties include:

  • Achieving sales targets and company goals by nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers, thereby enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience through personal connections, meticulous attention to detail, and a tailored shopping journey that ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing positively to the store atmosphere and fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance by ensuring displays and inventory are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Safeguarding all company assets within your control.
  • Promoting an inclusive culture by treating customers and team members with respect.
QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to changes with precision.
  • A strong sense of accountability for sales performance, driven by effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is influenced by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
