Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Putnam Care Center in Hurricane, WV. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee development.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
- BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
- A competitive hourly rate of $37-$40.
