Are you a dedicated and experienced RN looking for a challenging leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend RN Supervisor at Putnam Care Center in Hurricane, WV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, minimizing the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred, with current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
