EHSQ Manager

Harvard Services Group is seeking a highly skilled EHSQ Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and adhering to our corporate safety, loss control, and quality programs.

• Develop and implement safety protocols to reduce and prevent employee injuries, accidents, and occupational illnesses.
• Apply quality program philosophies and standards at a local/site level.
• Manage investigations and documentation of on-the-job injuries.
• Perform root cause analysis of employee injuries.
• Implement and direct safety incentive programs.
• Maintain defensive driving programs.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and corporate partners.
• Provide assistance and support to local management in identifying and resolving employee health and safety issues.

• Background in integrating safety with quality systems, certifications in safety or quality preferred.
• Ability to work alternating day and evening hours.
• Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Janitorial experience recommended but not required.
• 5-7 years of experience in safety and quality management.
