Job Summary: MedStar Health is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to patients and visitors at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, provide information, and offer directions.
- Utilize Patient Information screens to obtain patient locations and room assignments.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding delays and updates.
- Perform Quick Registration of patients and maintain organized workstations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum score of 80% on Customer Service Skills Assessment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Compensation: $17.5 - $28.73 per hour.
