Ayres Associates is seeking a seasoned Geospatial Project Manager to lead our Wisconsin team in delivering top-notch survey and mapping services to clients in both private and public sectors. As a key member of our diverse team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple priorities, representing the company professionally through strong communication and relationship-building skills, and providing mentorship for the development of staff.

With a strong technical ability and leadership capabilities, you will be able to obtain new and repeat work for our clients. As a team member, you will be encouraged to lead and work on a variety of survey functions that allow you to build a team atmosphere while continuing to grow your career.

Key responsibilities will include developing scopes, cost estimates, and proposals, having direct input on the development of the Minnesota survey team, networking and developing relationships with clients and other industry professionals, working directly with internal and external clients, supporting survey technicians through all aspects of the project, performing QA/QC on survey projects, and adhering to OSHA and required safety practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical ability, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. You should also have a solid understanding of geospatial technologies and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in team environments. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, development opportunities, and a generous paid time off policy.
