Job Title: Client Setup Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Setup Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at American CyberSystems, Inc. As a Client Setup Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of client setups and ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit client benefit setups and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform comprehensive group setup audits to identify processor accuracy and/or compliance issues.
  • Review and analyze audit results from business vendors to ensure products are compliant with setup requirements and client contracted benefits.
  • Oversee and review audit results to ensure quality setup for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Considerable knowledge of audit processes and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and proprietary systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, and systems.
  • Certifications in quality assurance or a related field.
