Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to take on the role of Project Manager within our Water Resource Division. This position offers the chance to design impactful projects for various municipalities.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing existing utility assets and formulating recommendations for their rehabilitation or replacement.
- Supporting the design processes for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of water and sanitary sewer lines.
- Overseeing construction phases to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, including assisting with submittal reviews and change requests.
- Coordinating environmental studies, permitting, and other technical deliverables.
- Identifying future project opportunities and client needs.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members and clients.
- Delivering formal presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Engaging in networking events and conferences to foster business development.
- Building and maintaining client relationships through successful project execution.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer Certification or the ability to obtain it is highly preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership capabilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
