Job Title: Counselor - MATER

Jefferson Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing clinical services to high-risk pregnant and/or parenting women engaged in drug treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical services for assigned clients, including individual counseling, family or couples therapy, and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the psychosocial, addiction treatment, educational, and vocational needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and written requirements for the program.
  • Interact with coworkers, visitors, and other staff in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in addiction treatment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
