We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at La Jolla Village. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to identify resident needs and implement effective interventions.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and services to residents, including personal care and communication with the care team.
- Collaborate with the care team to resolve resident care problems and enhance care delivery.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Graduation from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
- Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to become certified.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocation Nurse, with prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
- Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
