News Photographer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled News Photographer to join our team at Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover day-to-day general, in-depth features, and investigative assignments
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content using ENG equipment
  • Collaborate with reporters and producers to develop compelling stories
  • Operate ENG news vehicles and lift/carry equipment as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least two years of shooting experience and technical knowledge of editing and photo equipment
  • Strong editing skills in non-linear edit systems and excellent people skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality content
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
