Primary Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Recruit and hire employees based on the projected needs of the store.
  • Guide and mentor both new and existing team members.
  • Facilitate training and development for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among all staff.

Store Representation and Leadership

  • Act as a role model for staff, promoting a positive work environment.

Operational Excellence
